What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a gentle way for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what has brought you to counselling, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This is also a space for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with my approach.
How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions usually run for 60 minutes. Couples and family sessions are slightly longer, typically 75 minutes, to allow everyone the time and space needed to contribute and engage deeply with the process.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not need a GP referral or a Mental Health Care Plan to access our services. You can book directly through our online system whenever you feel ready to start your journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
